All ad on-purchases such as jersey’s, shorts, bib or T-shirt, will receive a refund. Please allow 3 to 5 working days(excluding weekends) from the time you received the notification email for it to appear in your account. will not be holding any future events. Thank You For Your Understanding and Past Support 02 refund Policy REFUND AND TRANSFER INFORMATION: has a No Refund policy on all of our events. A refund requested prior to one (1) week from the event will be given a registration credit for the amount of the entry fee minus a $25 processing fee. Credits are NOT given during event week. Transfer expire from one year after the original transfer date. Transfers are not allowed during event week. All events are held Rain or Shine with the exception of severe weather including lighting, hurricanes, and tornadoes. WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICIES: considers safety the most important thing and if any of the threatening weather conditions are present the day of the event (tornado warning, tornado watch, thunderstorms, heavy rain or a hurricane decides to visit), the event may be delayed or canceled.
